Identify your
Saboteurs
As you’ve worked through these exercises, have you noticed doubts or fears creeping in? These are your saboteurs—negative thought patterns that can block creativity, shut down ideas, and make change feel impossible.
Recognising your saboteurs is the first step to overcoming them.
The Exercise: SABoTEURS
How to do it (Estimated time: 5 – 10 mins)
Complete the Saboteurs Assessment by Positive Intelligence here.
Note - results are typically provided within 24 hours… we have heard circumstances where it’s taken closer to a week!
Reflect on your results: How do your saboteurs affect your beliefs about money, time and creative solutions? How have they influenced past decisions?
Want to dive into your blocks further?
For 1 week - keep a daily diary of the activities you did and note any saboteurs present. You could extend this for 1 month. The simple act of becoming aware of your saboteurs can help you take more steps towards what you want instead of letting the saboteurs get in the way.
For 30 mins - Reflect on how your saboteurs have played out in your life and key decisions you’ve made in the past.
The Wrap up
Congratulations on completing the Risk Assessment! You’ve taken a significant step toward understanding where you are right now —financially, in terms of time, and emotionally.
By now, you might be feeling a mix of emotions:
Relief at having a clearer picture of your resources and challenges.
Confidence from identifying creative solutions to some of the obstacles that once felt insurmountable.
Uncertainty or vulnerability, as this process may have uncovered areas where change feels daunting or where old beliefs need to be challenged.
Whatever you’re feeling, know that it’s all part of the journey. This isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about creating awareness and building a foundation for intentional change.
